Environment Agency Letter 31/03/2025

Copy of a letter to Manchester City Council from the Environment Agency raising concerns about the planning application: 142223/FO/2025. Further ground investigations and a more comprehensive groundwater sampling program are required. The letter was obtained as a result of a Freedom of Information request by Friends of Ryebank Fields.

Greater Manchester Ecology Unit Letter 18/05/2025

The planning application does not contain adequate details about how the substantial loss of biodiversity from the proposed development will be compensated for.
