Environment Agency Letter 31/03/2025

Manchester City Council refuse to share information related to planning application Ref:  142223/FO/2025 until 5 days before the planning committee meeting. The redacted version of the objection letter from the Environment Agency was obtained as a result of a Freedom of Information request by Friends of Ryebank Fields.

United Utilities Letter 01/04/2025

Copy of a letter to Manchester City Council from United Utilities also objecting to the  planning application Ref:  142223/FO/2025. The letter was obtained as a result of a Freedom of Information request by Friends of Ryebank Fields.

Greater Manchester Ecology Unit Letter 18/05/2025

Letter obtained following a Freedom of Information request by Friends of Ryebank Fields. GMEU are also objecting to the MMU/Step Places/Southway Housing planning application. The planning application does not contain adequate details about how the loss of biodiversity will be compensated for.
