Planning Application: 143413/FO/2025

The 21-day statutory consultation period for responding to our community-led and funded planning application has ended. Thanks to everyone who commented in support of this planning application, there has been a fantasic response. We are currently working on requests for further information from United Utilities, Manchester City Council's Highways Department and Environmental Health. When all the outstanding issues have been resolved the application will proceed to the planning committee stage. As soon as we have any further information we will update this website page and social media. Once again, a huge thank you to the local and wider communities for helping us to get to this stage. We would also like to thank The Environmental Law Foundation, Locality and The Open Spaces Society for their advice and support.
