Planning Application Ref: 143413/FO/2025

The statutory consultation period for responding to our community-led and funded planning application ended on the 2nd of October 2025, there has been a fantastic response from the community in support of this planning application. A huge thanks for your generous support which has enabled us to get to this stage. We are currently working on requests for further information from United Utilities, Manchester City Council's Highways Department and Environmental Health. When all the outstanding issues have been resolved the application will receive due consideration by Manchester City Council. As soon as we have any further information we will update this website page and social media. We would also like to thank The Environmental Law Foundation, Locality and The Childrens Wood and North Kelvin Meadow for their invaluable advice and support.
